Singer's official title, "Head of Work's Sport and Operations," is, in
typical Singer fashion, too modest for his accomplishments. His genius
in manipulating the laws of aerodynamics and physics - and the laws of
racing organizations, were successfully applied to racing long before
Porsche's
rivals. His creations (RSR, 935, 936, GT1…)
overwhelmingly
dominated their era.

retirement includes his comments about his favorite Porsches.here (pdf)
The latest - Herr Singer retired from Porsche AG. But he has
been consulting with various Porsche RSR teams, and has completed an
autobiography, with Michael Cotton, of his amazing story of the most
winning sports car engineer ever, with 16 LeMans wins! More here.

Original

of the famous 935.
